A man was deceived at 721 Park yesterday by a woman claiming a $175,000 prize. She asked him to contact a lawyer for a 10 percent fee and offered $2500 extra if he loaned $2600. He handed over the money and she vanished.

A Baytown woman was arrested for failure to identify after being stopped for riding a bicycle at night without a headlight.
