Rainy Pattern Spreads Across Central Texas Bayous Delay Recovery
In June the area saw under six inches of rain but with rain on 21 of 30 days causing business disruption in construction. Anahuac logged about 5.7 inches in a week, and officials warned continued rain could raise flood risks, recalling Winnie’s 25 homes flooded last March.
