The American Association of Retired People will hold a 2 p.m. meeting at the Community Building on Wednesday. Mont Belvieu City Council will meet at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall with agenda items including tentative budget approval and a public hearing date. James Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Williams, will graduate in August from the construction equipment mechanics program at Texas State Technical Institute in Waco.
