Mrs. Virginia Lee Lotz age 59 of Marble Falls was in 20od condition at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital after being struck by a car in the 200 block of Texas at 5 39 p m Saturday Attending police said Lotz stood in the right lane beside her parked car when hit by a vehicle driven by Peter B Elyse a student of 313 Glenhaven The Baytown Ambulance Service transported her to the hospital per police report
