Mom pleads insane in newborn murder case in San Antonio

Otty Sanchez, 33, accused of mutilating and killing her six day old son Scott Wesley Buchholz Sanchez, enters not guilty by reason of insanity plea as part of a deal to commit her to a state mental hospital. Doctors found her legally insane at the time of the killing and she was ruled competent for trial earlier.
