Baytown considers fourth bridge option mirrors Hartman design
Patti Jett City of Baytown public affairs coordinator outlined three options with a proposed fourth. The plan calls for using two of one option resembling the Fred Hartman Bridge and another option highlighting Baytown's history. Council will meet in Council Chambers City Hall at 6:30 p.m.
