Rotary Club Baytown will meet at noon Wednesday at Goose Creek Country Club with Campbell of the Houston Highlander Bagpipe Band performing. School trustees wrestle with federal funding, agreeing to seek beneficial programs while calling for tighter control and reporting on each grant.
