Burglaries Reported Across City During Wednesday
Burglaries were reported at several addresses. A television and computer were taken from a home in the 900 block of Parkway Drive. Items including computer equipment and electronics were stolen from a residence in the 2300 block of Taft Circle. Another burglary occurred at a residence in the 500 block of W Republic Avenue between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Motor vehicle and property thefts reported in Sterling area
A 2000 silver Mercedes S500 was stolen from a residence in the 1900 block of Britton Street with license CD6F338. Computer equipment and other electronics were stolen from Sterling Municipal Library in a theft reported Wednesday covering items from the past month. A utility trailer was stolen in the 600 block of N Pruett Street, reported Wednesday and suspected to have occurred in October. An unsecured bicycle was stolen from a bicycle rack at Sterling Municipal Library around 6 pm Wednesday.
