Bert Marshall, a 30-year Baytown resident and publisher of OurBaytown.com, reflects on Muffin and Coco Bear in a lighthearted tribute. The text likens Shih Tzu traits to a mix of monkey cat rabbit and dog, notes physical quirks, and ends with a sentimental line that all dogs go to heaven.
