Clyde Loving aged 18 was arrested Sunday morning in Cloversleaf by Harris County Deputy W A Turner and arraigned at noon in Justice of the Peace M M Browns court on burglary and misdemeanor theft charges. The incident stemmed from North Shore Junior High School on January 21. Loving had been arrested in Livingston but escaped Friday night in a stolen car before being recaptured and taken to Harris County Jail in Houston.
