Sterling swimmers shine at Ranger Invitational meet
Kenna Terry won the 100 yard back stroke while Stevie Ray and Taylor Sharp went 1-2 in the 100 yard breaststroke as Sterling High placed fourth in boys and sixth in girls at the Ranger Invitational moved to Houston Lamar due to pool repairs. Matt Chapa Sharp Ray and Zayne Belal won the 200 yard medley relay, with Belal also placing second in the 50 and 100 yard freestyles. Sterling also honors historic Barbers Hill alumni and long-time coach Lloyd Kelley in weekend events.
