Railroad Traffic in '63 Likely to be Unchanged
Editor notes from The Sun series on American business trends. The December 1962 discussion by U.S. industrialists foresees little change in railroad traffic for the next six to eight months, with earnings weak and excess plant capacity in steel and autos. Mergers could ease costs, but near-term outlook remains challenging especially in the East.
