Progress Report on Baytown Sewer System 1965
Henry Holcomb reports Baytown's 1965 sewer system upgrade is about 80 percent complete with plans to finish early spring. The project extends service, expands treatment capacity, and eliminates small plants while funds include bonds grants and city funds. New trunk lines and two large treatment plants will serve growth projections through 1980.
