Dogs From Attack On Elderly Baytown Couple To Be Put Down
Tom and Dorothy Slack 90 and 89 report two pit bulls attacked their three pound Chihuahua Pepe outside their Polly Avenue home in late September and December 22. Pepe suffered broken ribs and a punctured lung. The hearing at Baytown Municipal Court involved the dogs owners and city officials.
