Patriots seek consistency as they return to 19-4A play
Goose Creek Memorial aims to fix lapses with 6‑4 Brendan Chapman a standout and Chad Bougouneau a key all‑around option. Coach Duane Fikac says team depth should fuel a bid to upset district favorite C.E. King as GCM hosts the Panthers at 7 p.m. Tuesday. The Patriots rely on bench impact from Cassel Samuel Javonte Cooper and Christian Vargas after Jeronie Spivey’s finger injury. Other 19-4A games also on slate with Barbers Hill Dayton Crosby visiting Houston area foes and several non district clashes slated around 7:30.
