Nine accidents investigated in Mont Belvieu period
Mont Belvieu police logged nine accidents between December 16 and December 28. A 35 year old Dayton woman was arrested for fraud at 12:30 p.m. December 23 after posing as a nurse to obtain a controlled substance and calling in a fraudulent prescription. She was jailed in Chambers County. A 56 year old Gulf Breeze man was arrested for public intoxication and marijuana possession after a discarded syringe cooker and lighter were found in a Waffle House bathroom on December 25 at 2 a.m. Police responded to reports of an intoxicated person using drugs in the restaurant.
