Funeral Notices for Eugene Hocker and Billy Thomas Dean
Funeral services were held for Eugene Hocker 70 of Highlands at 3 p.m. Sunday in Baytown with burial in Cedar Crest Cemetery. He died in a Baytown hospital and is survived by two daughters two sisters and two granddaughters. Pallbearers included Wilburn and Wilson relatives and others. Arrangements were by Paul A Lee Funeral Home. Also listed are services for Billy Thomas Dean 47 of Baytown at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Earthman Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Cedar Crest. He died Saturday in a Baytown hospital and is survived by his wife and two daughters.

Baytown Man Posts Bonds In Robbery By Firearms Case
Carl Eugene Brown, 24, jailed on three counts of robbery by firearms in Baytown, posted three $20,000 district court bonds and was released from the county jail. He was involved in December arrests at Ramada Inn on Decker Drive and two drive-in grocery store robberies.
