Ford SYNC connects cars to safety and entertainment
Ford and Microsoft introduced the SYNC in-car system slated for nearly all Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury vehicles by end of 2008. The 911 Assist feature connects drivers to emergency services after air bag deployment, while SYNC streams music and hands free calling from Bluetooth phones and MP3 players.
