Two Baytonians Lead Local Kidney Fund Drive
John C Echols of Citizens National Bank and Trust Co. is campaign chairman for the 1902 Baytown Kidney Foundation drive with Mothers March chair Mrs. John Paul Whitaker. The fundraising begins March 5 to support treatment centers education and research for kidney disease victims locally and nationwide. A story hour at Sterling Municipal Library runs 10 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with storytellers Mrs. W. L. Whitmore and Mrs. Jack Carpenter.
