Alleged Refinery Pollution Could Block Exxon Permits
Texas Air Control Board may delay two operating permit requests for Exxon Baytown Refinery while investigators seek the source of elevated sulfur dioxide levels. In 1977 the area near the refinery violated the state limit more than 30 times.
