Self Paying Program In City Mans Charges For Mowing Lots
The Baytown city council approved higher mowing lot charges to cover costs in a self paying program. An administration fee was set at 50 percent, not to exceed 15 dollars, to reflect costs for lots often large. Only about 40 percent of owners have paid in four years.
