Fog Submerges Boats After Morning Collision Near Cedar Point
Three Baytown men from Columbia Drilling Co were injured when two boats collided in heavy fog about 6 16 a m near Cedar Point in Galveston Bay. The Davis S carrying three workers and another vessel the Caroline E were involved with one man McMakin severely injured. The collision was blamed on heavy fog and the Caroline E was towed ashore with no engine room water intrusion.
