Funeral services for Brett Cole Bice held in Winnie
Funeral services for Brett Cole Bice infant son of Mr and Mrs Billy Herman Bice of Winnie were held at 2 30 p m Friday at the First Baptist Church in Winnie. The father is a former resident of Mont Belvieu. Surviving are one sister Kay and grandparents Mr and Mrs Herman Rice of Winnie. Mrs W T Knox of Sulphur Springs died Thursday in a Sulphur Springs hospital. Funeral services are set for Friday at the Christian Church in Sulphur Springs. A car bash at Robert E Lee High School will run 10 a m to 5 p m Saturday and 2 to 5 p m Sunday in the west parking lot. Swat costs 10 cents or 25 cents for three bashes. Sterling Ranger Booster Club meets Monday at 7 30 p m February 13 in the Sterling High School auditorium. Coach Roland Kudla will discuss spring training.
