Wycarald Clear Lakeman was charged Monday with simple assault and disorderly conduct after district attorney’s office refused attempted rape charges. He was arrested Wednesday by Gaytown police for criminal trespassing of a habitation and soliciting after hours. His companion faced soliciting after hours charges. A man allegedly forced his way into a town home Monday and attempted to assault a 1 year old girl, but the child was unharmed.
