Beach City teen charged with aggravated sexual assault
A 17 year old Beach City resident Kendall Warren Mahar was jailed Wednesday on charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child. His mother Carla Immel Mahar, 44, is jailed on one count of abandon or endanger a child felony. Three juvenile suspects also face aggravated sexual assault charges under review by Chambers County Attorney’s Office. names withheld due to age. See page 5A.
