After months of investigations and a rough composite, Baytown police arrested 19 year old Keith Hill of Tanglewilde neighborhood. DNA linked him to the robbery and sexual assault of a young victim, ending a period of fear in the town.
Baytown police say the 19-year-old man faces aggravated sexual assault and aggravated kidnapping charges in the May attack. Capt. Roger Clifford indicates investigators expect to tie him to four other April July September and November assaults on young men in Baytown, with additional charges likely.

The 15-year-old Scott Huddleston who admits striking his mother with a hammer in December faces a psychiatric evaluation ordered by Harris County Juvenile Court. His adjudication hearing, reset to Feb 28, follows his detention without bond after confession. Huddleston fled to a girlfriend's home, attempted overdose, and later spoke to Baytown police about the killing.
