Suspect In Felton Case To Be Tried
A seaman charged with the murder of automobile dealer Thad Felton of Baytown is expected to be tried later this month in Judge Sam W Davis's 179th District Court. District Attorney Carrol Vance's office said Feb 19 is set for the trial. Felton was murdered March 4. Mullane, 27, was charged the next day and indicted later. Felton was shot twice and dumped from his car on Battlebell Road.
