Zayne Belal of Statebound High School earned a silver medal in the 200 yard freestyle at regionals, advancing to the state meet. The regional result positions Belal among top contenders for the state championships.
The Barbers Hill Eagles captured the Goose Creek boys golf tournament title at Goose Creek Country Club on Monday. Sterling B placed sixth, Sterling A seventh, and Lee finished ninth.
