Ordinance No. 13 654 amends multiple code chapters in Baytown Texas to update contractor registration fees for development services and to relocate fees into proper sections. It adds new subsections for multifamily and manufactured homes, expands registration provisions, and repeals or revises sections across building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire codes including windstorm standards, code adoptions, permits, insurance requirements, and manufactured home park regulations.
