Chambers County officials deploy a feral hog hunt at Double Bayou Park to address a deadly attack last month. Texas Wildlife Services joins Fire Marshal Ryan Holzaepfel and Sheriff Bri an Hawthorne in directing trained hunters as authorities warn residents to stay away during operations. Christine Rollins, 59, was killed by feral hogs while approaching an elderly couple’s car, with investigators noting multiple bite sizes and fatal blood loss.
