Domestic violence services extended after New Horizon closure
Following the New Horizon Family Center closure, four Houston area agencies and the Texas Council on Family Violence coordinate to help domestic violence and sexual assault victims. The affected region covers Baytown Highlands Chambers and Liberty counties and Harris County west to Houston. Victims may call Houston Area Women's Center 24/7 at 713-528-2121 or sexual assault line 713-528-7273.
