Regents OK new UT system rules on disruption
Regents of the University of Texas System approved regulations to halt disruptive campus activities and restrict faculty meetings. Gas Storage Unit Explodes In Houston
A bulk gasoline storage plant at Mobil Oil Co. exploded at dawn in Houston, driving residents from their homes as flames burned through the morning.
