A strong earthquake struck central and southern Mexico early today, disrupting electrical service in parts of Mexico City, home to about 3.5 million. An emergency corps ambulance will transfer them from Ellington Field. Terry has spinal and bulbar polio while Spearman has spinal and respiratory types, both diagnosed in June.
