Police report over 50 accidents as snow and ice coated area roadways. A Baytown school bus carrying eighteen students from Goose Creek Memorial High School on Wallisville Road collided with the vehicle ahead at about 9 am Thursday, GCCISD spokesperson Kathy Clausen said.
