Johnny R. Williams, 28, a Highlands Junior School teacher of 706 Denby, was injured at 6 40 a m Thursday on Decker Drive when his car flipped over and landed on the median. A Baytown Ambulance took him to Bay town Hospital after he apparently hit a slick spot and lost control. Williams, unconscious at the scene, regained consciousness en route. The crash occurred four tenths of a mile west of Wade Road near Radio Station KWBA with Williams traveling west toward Decker.
