Minnie Alice Robertson A Life Of Quiet Art And Strong Will
Handa Orton honors Minnie Alice Robertson known as Dr. Robertson for founding the Lee College art department and mentoring students from San Jacinto Elementary to LC. Despite dwarfism her determination shaped art teaching, private classes, and a lifelong ethic of kindness. Remembered for uplift and humor, she urged students to channel anger into laughter with grapefruit as a calm antidote.
