Ignite 34: Encompass team funds acts of kindness at Walmart
Keisha Smoke of Encompass and administrator Melanie Ragsdale paid it forward to three Walmart customers as part of Project Ignite. A mother with a disabled daughter, an elderly woman with items for her mother-in-law, and others benefited as recipients chose to pass the generosity along. Walmart co-manager Jeanette Rocha welcomed the effort, noting skeptical questions gave way to gratitude. The program aided about 50 shoppers in total.
