Some residents remain wary due to missing advance notices, and the study aims to capture a snapshot of America’s average population as teams travel from metropolitan to rural areas. The effort is conducted with the Chambers County Commissioners Court’s blessing and follows prior sites in Fairfax County Virginia and Hidalgo County Texas.
