Astronauts Pursue Gemini 7 Endurance Record

Vanished Phantom Jet Crew Reported Over North Vietnam
A U.S. Navy Phantom jet and its two crewmen disappeared Tuesday during a mysterious engagement over North Vietnam, according to an American military spokesman. A second American plane crashed in South Vietnam, killing both crewmen aboard. The Pentagon reported 19 U.S. service members killed and 161 wounded in action against Communist forces last week.
