Swiss Ambassador Kidnapped by Brazilian Terrorists

Swiss Ambassador Giovanni Enrico Bucher was kidnapped in Rio de Janeiro by terrorists who shot a Brazilian guard. The ambassador was removed from his car within two minutes, then driven off in a Volkswagen as witnesses reported a three-shot injury to the guard.
