Justice Heads Must Decide In Baker Case

The Senate investigation centers on Matthew H. McCloskey and Don B. Reynolds amid claims of campaign fund kickbacks. The panel pressed for answers as Curtis pressed for further inquiry, with Cooper noting Reynolds’ and Stewart’s accounts could fit multiple theories.
