Mae West Says Modern Movies Lack Imagination
Mae West, in her mid seventies with platinum hair, voices critique of today’s films and stars, favors imagination over explicit content, and notes she has written many films herself. She discusses sexuality, swearing, and restraint, then hints at a new project with USC cinema course exposure and Universal involvement. She praises Sue Lyon and considers Christopher for her male lead alongside a Mae West television special.
