Exchange Student Here German TV Sounds Like Good Idea
Christian Sander, a 16 year old German exchange student from Kassel, lives with the Franklin family in Baytown for a school year under the American Field Service Scholarships. He attends Robert E Lee High School as a senior and will study German while living with an American host family. Two more foreign students will join Baytown families. $1300 was raised by Robert E Lee groups and civic clubs to help fund the program. He notes German TV has no ads and offers a special 20 minute block daily, and he will help with mowing grass as part of being treated as a family member rather than a guest.

The United States and Britain later offered a second draft to ban tests in all environments, but with international inspection, a move Kuznetsov dismissed, calling it a stimulant to nuclear war.
