Baytown P Z pushes thoroughfare planning and traffic study
The Planning and Zoning Commission urges Baytown City Council to update the thoroughfare plan and conduct a detailed traffic study to map street use. Members warn the current plan is incomplete and long-range planning could prevent missed opportunities to link Hutto Boulevard and Bush Road and attract outside shoppers. Cost could reach 255000, and the decision was tabled until September to allow a letter of intent.
