Robert A. Hart named manager of Exxon Chemical USA Baytown plant Engineering Division by plant manager John J. Costelnick. Hart, previously head of the chemicals technical department, is a Notre Dame and Northwestern graduate with prior experience at Lago Oil Aruba and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He and his wife Patricia reside with three children at 5102 Inverness.
