Taipei, Formosa Aug 14 An estimated 100000 Red Chinese infantrymen and 12000 paratroopers have swung into positions along the China coast near Formosa, the Chinatone News Agency said the troops bore the Formosa side army name and trained by Communist instructors. The report followed Premier Chou En Lai’s earlier declaration that Peiping is determined to berate Formosa.
