North Texas no kill Shelter fulfills dream
A Wichita Falls feature traces Carole Sanders turning a life long wish into a sanctuary by founding Animal Angels Rescue Rehabilitation Adoption and Sanctuary on 20 acres north of Jacksboro. From a flight attendant with a growing menagerie she built a 18 acre expansion housing 10 horses and about 300 dogs aided by donors and volunteers.
