Contraception mandate sparks school state of unease in Lincoln
Hadley Heath of the Independent Women's Forum cites Pius X Catholic High School in Lincoln Nebraska suing the federal government over the HHS mandate. The school risks fines for noncompliance, potentially forcing closure or shifting resources away from students and programs. Heath warns such penalties threaten religious liberty and prompt broader national debates on faith and health care policy. Kathryn Lopez of National Review Online contributed perspectives.
