A Baytown couple 41 year old Jason Christie and 43 year old Johnnie Yvette Spicer were arrested after police found them taking photos inside a locked Dollar General Store on Decker Drive. Neither had stolen items but a look at the camera confirmed the break in and led to burglary charges.
