Polio Nursing Workshop Planned for Nurses in Houston
Registered nurses in Houston will attend a two session polio workshop August 11 from 5 am to noon and 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Conference Room in Jefferson Devis Hospital. Mrs Blanche Fentimen announced the program and urged nurses to register by telephoning Atwood 5161 or contacting the Official Nurses Bureau on South Station Boulevard. The Harris County Disaster Committee Nursing Section has been expanded to form the Harris County Polio Nursing Committee.
